Smash Bros at Escape Studios

On Thursday 20th February at 6pm we will open the doors of Escape Studios where you’ll have the chance to participate in a Smash Bros tournament and try to beat our very competitive students (we saw them training hard between classes!).

If Smash Bros is not your cup of tea, it’s not a problem at all. Just come along and challenge other attendees at Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter or FIFA! If you don’t want to spend even more time in front of a screen then you can play hands-on games such as Giant Jenga!

Between a pizza slice and a cold beer, you’ll also have the opportunity to see what great projects our students have produced in these last few months.

And to finish this invitation on a sweet note, you’ll also be contributing towards a great cause. We will donate all the money of the ticket sales to Special Effects, a great charity that helps people with disabilities to play video games by using a wide range of technologies, from modified joypads to eye-control. We’ll also collect donations during the event!

As with many of our events at Escape Studios, we’re inviting our industry friends to join us on the night. Come along and meet the next generation of rising talent at our informal games evening.

If you’d like to attend the event, please send an email to studentexperience@escapestudios.com

We’ll be thrilled if you can make it.
